New Developments Near Popular Primary Schools (Part 1)

For families and young couples, buying homes near Primary schools is a big plus as it increases the chance of enrollment and provide parents with additional convenience of easy access to school and work. In a recent survey of 100 parents 1 , 46 said distance was the most important consideration. But a third valued the reputation of the school and its pupils’ performance in the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) as a primary consideration when deciding on a school.

At the moment, the more popular housing choice for young couples and families are new condominiums in the mid-range market. We’ve combined both elements and compiled for you some mid-range new properties near to popular Primary schools: Ai Tong School, Nanyang School, Tao Nan School and Ru Lang School. (Rental prices for a 3-bedroom condominium range from $3,500 outside the city to $6,000 in city center per month)

Ai Tong School is temporarily located at 100 Bright Hill Drive. Priding themselves as one of the few Chinese – medium schools in Singapore, Ai Tong School focuses on the learning of Chinese culture, language and values. It is considered as one of the most popular schools in Singapore.

Tao Nan School is among the 30 most popular primary schools listed by the Ministry of Education.
